Credit Cleaning

1. What is Credit Repair?

Credit repair is the process of identifying and disputing inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable information on your credit report. The goal is to legally remove negative items, improve your credit profile, and increase your credit score. We follow legal laws under the FCRA Fair Credit Reporting Act.

2. How Do I Get Started with Credit Repair?

To begin, follow these simple steps:

  • Choose your credit repair package [Click here to view options]
  • Check your email for your Client Portal login and complete the onboarding process
  • Sign your service agreement, sign up for credit monitoring, and upload your required documents inside the portal
  • Not sure which plan you need? Schedule a consultation or contact us through the chat. We’ll review your credit report and recommend the best package based on your needs and our professional expertise.

3. Can You Remove Any Negative Item From My Credit Report?

We can help remove inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable items such as:

  • Collections
  • Charge-offs
  • Repossessions
  • Late payments
  • Hard inquiries
  • Foreclosures
  • Bankruptcies
  • Evictions
  • Judgements including child support

However, accurate and verifiable negative items may remain on your report.

4. How Do Credit Repair Services Work?

Once you’re enrolled and your documents are received:

  • Your personal info will be updated with the credit bureaus
  • Any necessary security freezes will be placed
  • Dispute letters will be generated and sent within 2–3 business days
  • Every 30–35 days, we’ll initiate a new round of disputes
  • Collections, charge-offs, late payments, and hard inquiries will be challenged
  • CFPB complaints may be filed when needed to support disputes

5. What Documents Will I Need to Upload?

  • A clear photo of your SSN card
  • A photo of your unexpired government ID (driver’s license, state ID, or passport)
  • Proof of address dated within the last 30 days (utility bill, lease agreement, etc.)
  • Last 4 digits of your Social Security Number Not sure which plan you need? Schedule a consultation or contact us through the chat. We’ll review your credit report and recommend the best package based on your needs and our professional expertise.

6. How Long Does Credit Repair Take?

Each round takes 30–45 business days (7–9 calendar weeks) for updates. Please do not contact us about updates before this time. Every case is unique; some clients see results faster than others depending on their credit situation.

7. How Often Will I Get Updates?

Updates are provided once per month via email. You’ll also see changes reflected in your Smart Credit account. Do not manually refresh your report, or additional charges may apply.

8. Will You Keep Me Updated Throughout the Program?

Yes! However, we ask that you do not contact us for updates before your designated update period (7–9 weeks). All updates will be sent via email only.

9. Will My Credit Score Improve?

Yes – most clients see a positive change. However, results vary based on your unique credit profile and how well you follow our instructions (such as managing credit utilization and avoiding new debt).

10. Can Credit Repair Help Me Get a Car, House, or Loan?

Absolutely! Better credit makes it easier to qualify for loans, auto financing, or mortgages — and at lower interest rates.

11. Will Checking My Credit Hurt My Score?

No. Checking your credit through monitoring services is a soft inquiry and will not affect your score. Only hard inquiries (like applying for loans) can lower your score.

12. What Happens If I Don’t Upload My Bureau Letters or Respond to You?

Failing to upload letters or respond through the portal can delay or hurt your results. You must submit documents as soon as you receive them to help us respond properly.
